it was your service. as soon i reached the hotel, paid for it and room was ready, no problems or ifs and buts, i got the best room of my choice. price for internet is expencive. The Staff they are very good. close to market good location to alkhour different good night clabs. Hotel room rate its excellent comparing with other hotels around. No, it was fantastic. Yes the Internet was not free and charge me too much for 10 min, it should be free for Hotel guest. The hotel we felt needed updating, ie the carpets were looking worn and the colours were dark. Little noise from disco bar. No smoking policy at outdoor poolside. it was little bit pricy. My room faced the main road and was on the 6th floor but still a lot of noise from the traffic. pick-up service and location of the hotel (hard to get a taxi). the smell at the entrance and the toilets need renovation. the hotel was noisey, that is the other hotel guest were very loud and you could here the showers going at all times of the day. The hotel is ok for one night stay, but not for longer - then there arebetter hotels in Dubai.when I arrive they say my reservation is 25 while it was 24 but when I show them copy of my reservation they returned to there ass. manger and they get room so i feel they are honest. Car^pets are dirty and give a shabbiness to all the new decoration whose colors give the same feeling although they are in good state.bath could do with a up grade. Requested for a a double single bed room but was given a room with two single beds and too much traffic and other noises.it is not renovering. No hot water and AC control eratic. The Pool area was dilapidated, and there were not enough loungers to go around. They do not have a good internet connection and rate is very high.Internet charges were very complicated and expensive. the carpet.the room carpit, furniture was very very poor. not for family setting and not clean is very old. As I choose above points the Hotel in my opinion is even below poor.
