Soviet hotel monster with a modern twist, partly. I loved the old Soviet posters in the corridors and the authentic feeling. Nice view from the balcony (if you get a room from the city side of the building). Nice location and price, quite comfortable beds and rooms in general, friendly staff. Very cheap (but for several reasons). Receptionist was friendly (but pretty useless). We had a sunny balcony (without any furniture).
