The hotel is close to city centre, and located in beautiful quarter. Staffs spoke English and French. Breakfast was wonderful (Ukrainian style). Room and shared bathroom were clean and spatious. Location, friendliness at the reception, readiness to assist with information on city, transportation, etc. Rooms are clean although decorated in an old, Soviet style. Staff was excellent and very helpful... Breakfast is very good. Rooms are old but clean and warm.
