I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!! Really wonderful and so helpful girl - she made the stay really pleasant and easy for me. Nothing was too much to ask!!! Thank you so much Vera for a wonderful experience!!! Rooms were comfortable and well presented. Access to main parts of Odessa was very easy and very central, especially to the main str.

The red room felt like living in a Coca-Cola bottle - was a bit too much. -the breakfast needs improvement, to add some vegetables, instead of the white toast bread which was not even toasted, to give some fresh whole wheat bread; the coffee had no taste, maybe they should purchase a coffee machine and prepare good coffee. Noise from the nightclub at Grecheskaya street nearby and repair works inside the patio. No kitchen or small conveniences to prepare food inside the rooms. In addition to that as this is an apart-hotel, they don't have a kitchen or a resto. nothing special. Noisy refrigerator at room. A little difficult to find, not well signed No breakfast Wifi didn't work well. No elevator, climb steps with luggage to reach rooms, traffic noise in front facing rooms. Maid did not leave soap always which are jel packets only not real soaps or shampoo. no lift for carriing baggege problem. The sofabed was awful. It was supposed to be a double bed and was a very short wide twin instead. I felt like I was falling off the bed at all times. Also, the stairwell to the hotel -really- needs work. not much security as there was access to the room from the street. Internet connection was terrible, practically had no wifi for the 4 nights I stayed. The staff were not very helpful at all and the hotel has no lift.
