The hotel staff where excellent and the receptionists spoke english very well and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms where very comfortable and nicley decorated. The restaurant was very good, the staff was exceptional, Igor was the waiter for 4 of the days we where there and looked after us with 5 star service. The included breakfast was also great. Location is excellent as well. The hotel has 2 parts to it, an old section and the new section, when we first checked in our room was in the old .

Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. Proper wi-fi access to the internet. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Well silenced, air condidioned rooms with comfy beds allows to feel relaxed at all times. Location near to the old town is another great advantage of the hotel. Few years back we had pleas. This was our first time in Lviv and we fell in love with the city. Differently from other Ukrainian cities we have visited, Lviv seems to be very tourist friendly and service oriented. We stayed 4 nights at the Swiss hotel in a Standard double room. Everything met our expectations: the hotel is very cozy, comfortable room, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful (they speak English). The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to "Rynok" square. Excellent value for money. We would defi. The staff are incredible, friendly, always smiling, and spoke perfect English. The service is excellent, from the door man, guest services, rooms quality personnel, and the young people who delivered our room service breakfast. We were even upgraded to a suite for the first night, and given a tour. I had a double room. The restaurant and menu are excellent, breakfast very good. I stopped eating in town and eat at the hotel for the rest of the week. Very clean and on the city center. Staff are excellent at their job, I travel all over east Europe and its hard to find all the above in one hotel. There is nothing to complain about!. View from hotel room, building noise in the morning and the room next to me I could hear everything because the adjoining door seem to have no seal. OK if you don't need to stay in bed. Couldn't find a gym but there is a sauna. Nothing!. A minor dislike. The hotel advertised that wifi was available in all rooms - not correct. We were in the older part of the hotel and had to go to the lounge or dining room to access the internet. There could be some difficulty at first to find your way around the hotel. Disoriented guests walking around are quite common (: Since it was not originally built as a hotel - square and simple but rather a 'maze' of corridors and staircases, it was adventurous in a way but some times tedious. The reception will give you a thorough tour with explanations so don't worry. everything was fine. thk u for making it a pleasant stay. nothing. Nothing. They don't have gym. The hotel consist of several buildings, so inside the hotel it takes sometime to figure out where and what is located. Nothing. Standart rooms were a little small. nothing.
