I liked the hotel staff and restaurant, the room was very comfy and all facilities were new. Ginger tea is awesome! A few times I asked receptionist for a taxi and it arrived in 10 min, it was great. Thank you so much, Ramada Lviv!. - Very Friendly, professional and flexible staff - Customer Service at high level - quite, clean, business style - localization close to transit road (comfortable if you travel by car from Poland), but not too close.

Room's cleanless, Comfortable, Good Reception Facilities... new, clean place. This is a budget-friendly hotel so the prices were good. As I got to hotel by city transport and missed my stop, I wasn't feeling very energetic by the time I got to my room..) But a warm shower and tasty dinner made my evening a pleasant one. - lack of entertainments - far from touristic attractions, industrial landscape view from the window. No varenike on the restaurant menu. I didn't like the fact that there was no English speaking channels on the TV and the taxi service used by the hotel was a rip off. Windows don't open. We asked to change to non-smokers and we got it, fortunately. Location is poor, taxi cost calculated as out of the city, also there's no any fun around hotel. Rooms aren't big, so this is real economy style hotel, while price is not really economy. A little bit far from the city center. Not have refrigerator, Not enough heating while you left to room... locatino is really awful, maybe good for football fans thought. and instant coffe for breakfast!?. There is no food available in the hotel past 10pm - very bad for hungry guests who arrive at night. If there is a choice between going hungry and getting a pizza delivered from Davinci Pizza - I advise you to go hungry Internet access is painfully slow in the evenings Breakfast is also sub standard for an international hotel. Its like a warehouse. I left hotel at 22:00 nobody in reception, no guard. Came back 00:30 same situation. I did not feel so safe.
