Hotel has the best views of Lviv, right next to Ivan Franko Park, request a room on one of the Upper Floors to ensure you get the best view. The Premier Rooms are very modern and the bed was comfortable, reception staff are friendly and hotel has an excellent bar on the 2nd floor which operates 24 hours and the Panorama Bar of course, in the lobby is also a bureau de change and a Thai Massage place. Rooms are reasonably priced and I would recommend it to other travellers to Lviv.
all reviews » We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events. The hotel is near a nice park.You can breathe fresh air during sleep.You can drive with a taxi to the airport 10 minutes just 50 grivnas(5 euro),is far away 6km and to the citycentre 10 minutes with walk.i suggest the hotel,i think well-price..On my birthday the hotel sent on my room a champaigne with some fruit.İt was really a nice surprise. Although we booked classic double room, we were accommodated in better Premier room! As I understood, all cheaper rooms were reserved already. So we liked our staying very much! :) breakfast is very good also!. A minor point but my room was near the lifts, there are 4 in total, when one of the lifts reached the landing it made a loud Bing Bong Sound which I could hear in my room. Please fix this please :). Although rooms are very nice and well furnitured ("Premier" class), I guess rooms of this categories should be bigger. Hard to find a taxi Doormen can't speak english. perhaps tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been nice. Nothing to complain about. Internet is fast but could be faster. Rooms with park view are preferable. spa and sauna expensive. you need to use lot of time your key, for elevator, for corridor for room. Small elevators. No sportclub, no swimming pool, no good food; small size elevators; not "friendly" breakfast and I felt "soviet" style: during checkout I was asked: "could you wait 2 min while we check you room?" -Of course my answer was: "WTF! This is my first and last visit of your hotel!"So this hotel is total opposite to very warm atmosphere in Lvov... bar at the top floor - lacking character, could be much better decorated. Restaurant was poor not well designed for a 4 star hotel and pricenever worths for food. Staff was not very friendly and not enough smiling face. Wi-Fi doesn't work if there is a conference on 9th floor. the hotels corridors are locked and must be opened with the rooms keys. Asked for late checkout. Was told no problem. No charge mentioned. Then charged 75 euros on checkout. Angry. Understaffed. the room was dirty and filthy, with old beds and torn curtains, we were shocked! for the price of 80 euro per night I've never seen such bad conditions. the staff was unfriendly and slow. we couldn't sleep on that old bed... everything was awful, will never stay there again.
