The hotel is situated in an apartment complex. Maybe the outside will scare some people but don't worry about that! The inside is excellent. The apartment we booked had a nice jacuzzi, kitchen, living room and a big bed room! Very nice design also! The staff is very friendly and helpful! If you can't find the entrance just call them and they will come and pick you up. The apartment building is in the middle of the center and the metro station is just 50 meters away. Ideal for moving around Kie.

Plus, their rates were reasonable. My studio apartment was modern, comfortable, quiet and very secure. I also liked the fact they are located in a nice, busy part of the city. The apartment was clean, beautiful, amply, closed to the center, nice bathroom with Spa, and friendly staff. I really can recommend this apartment because all looks new and well tended. In the near you have shops, restaurants and coffees. Very nicely designed rooms (in some categories only though), lot's of space, in very city centre but still so silent, polite and friendly service, personal atmosphere. I stayed at Theatre Apart for the third time already. Everything previously mentioned by others that did stay. It was very nice once inside the room. Internet was great. The perfect inside of the apartment is a different world compared to the outside of the building blocks. Truly beautiful decor in an old building with high ceilings and wide window sills. It was clean in the room. newly renovated rooms, centrally and quietly situated. Proximity to city centre. I did not see any signage, so if I was on my own, I would never have found it. The stairway was dark and aged. The elevator is old and the size of a phone booth. Internet connection in the room and some missing things in the kitchen E.G. champagne glases. All plus points only count once you enter the appartment. The surrounding is not that promising, but that's ok once you know the place. The entry to the office was both difficult to find and a little dodgy. I was initially concerned about the security but the concern fizzled the next morning. I had some troubles understanding the staff. On the other hand, it is not my country and I do not speak the language...so that is my problem. Difficult to find initially. The outside environment (of the buildings around) looks bad. Very hard to find and the entrance looks dodgy, makes you almost give up on staying there. Dont worry, as soon as you are inside, everything is good. Elevator really small and no light. No proper sings to find which building the actual apartments are in, took us a while to find the right place but once reception was contacted they even came outside to meet us. No AC controls found. The hotel is difficult to find without phoning the hotel for assistance. Sometimes the hotel staff is not around to ask questions. Entrance to the hotel is not very appealing but once inside it is very nice. Cannot be found without calling the hotel, located in the middle area of a run-down apartment building that does not give a nice view at all. It would be great if the hotel could offer breakfast. n/a. Tiny elevator, lack of sign on entrance door. Still poor signage, none beyond sign on No10 entry arch on road; nothing on door into apartments from 2nd floor landing. No breakfast available. The entrance to the hotel is not so nice. Very small elevator. The building is old and the elevator is so small, old and scarry. To thr first night We order room for 4 adult but I guess they didn't put attention to that and the room wasn't prepared. The order for the second night was for only 2 adult. They transfer us to room in 5 floor with no elevator !!! And my aunt has a medical problem so they transfer us to another apartment in different location and we needed to add more money . It was very unfair! We want go back there that for sure. no name on door plate in the backyard, I was looking for the entrance 20 minutes, not nice entrance due to pending renovation, problems with voltage and impossibility to use yakuzzi, problems with damaged air condition device, too many problems for such rate. Nothing. If you don't speak russian or english, you will never find the hotel. You can call them from the front of house. The toilet was dirty and ther were hairs in the bath. Mixed use building located in the second line. I was staying in this hotel once or twice a year for the last 3,5 years. This time, I can admit that it became worse than before. The carpets were not clean (I excercise on the floor when travelling), empty shower gel packges were not replaced daily, the new room on the 2nd floor was way smaller than where I stayed before on a higher floor across the courtyard. mattrass could be better. Nothing. The building is under some sort of reovation and as such is looking like a bomb site. Is nice,but is apartment NOT hotel,there is no reception,i had a room on 5th floor and elevator was the smallest wich i ever seen,. On arrival, it's tricky to find the correct location and a number of calls to find out where to go ended up with people who didn't speak English and would hang up - five calls later we finally spoke to somebody who could help us. On check out, no staff were available to help arrange a taxi, with no way of contacting them. - Too small bed - One blanket for two people - No water in bottles. Hard to find the door to the staircase. You have to walk 5 tall floors in a dirty, unfriendly, staircase to get to the "main" entrance. The personnell wanted me to pay cash for the second night (prefered no credit card). So small elevator that I could NOT go in with luggage. no 24h reception. no 24h english speaking. both was promised on the phone. not enough water for the whirlpool, so you only can look at it. no reactions on special request by web. not a hotel. just apartments in a building for normal people. There is no anywhere one signboard аппартаментов - to find аппартаменты not probably, there is no left-luggage office, a dirty court yard and stairs, a bare facade of the house. When it is necessary - to find the personnel not probably.
