Location is good, close to the center and metro station, two cafes are located across the road from the aprt.
Also administrator organized our transfer from airport to aprt., very comfortable service.

The apartment is small but well equipped with all you may need (even tea and coffee for free). It is located 15' walk from the many attractions.

i didn't like the fact that we had to wait for the owner who said to wait 15 min and in the end we waited for 1 hour and a half.
You need to contact the owner before your arrival in other to meet and get the keys and you can pay only with cash (which we didn't know, as on Booking it is specified payment with visa is also possible). The owner speaks little English and could not communicate at all with him / neither by phone, nor by mail, nor personally. Fortunally I've been studying Russian and at least I could understand.
was not really so clean its just all russion tv was not there heater system and the owner of the appartment was not so good its just an appartment wth local people next door which druk all time.
