Excellent location in the centre of Chernivcy. Spacious room with a jacuzzi. Friendly staff, but visitors not speaking Russian or Ukrainian may find it difficult to communicate.
Friendly and helpfull staff. The location is perfect: Centrally, but still quitet. Huge rooms with fancy bathroom. Breakfast ok.

Need bed-side table lamps near main bed, small restaurant - only really fits up to 10 people at any one time, so breakfast is served in different sittings. Not a major issue though.
No printer in the reception, otherwise perfect.

No a normal desk (working place) to work. Too noisy cleaning staff. No breakfast offered.
When I came in the room it looked like the last time they cleaned it was
when they opened the Hotel, I called the staff I showed them the dirt
all over they told can't help it was cleaned today we can't
clean it any more, I couldn't sleep that night thinking of the durt
all over and I wasn't sure if they changed the linen!!! My Friends
Stayed at Bokovyna Hotel much and nicer and to wonder much cheaper!!!.
