  Made to feel very welcome by both the staff and the regular customers. The bed was big and comfy and the T.V in my room was exceptional,though be warned that this was the exception. The view of Runcorn bridge was amazing from my window and gave off no traffic noise.. - Both the staff and the locals are very friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and... what people say » nicely decorated.   Mostly the staff; I cannot say enough good words about them. They were there for us and helped us enthusiastically. There smiles when we entered the hotel and left were so genuine looking;they helped make the freezing cold weather more bearable.
