The comfiest bed I have EVER slept in at a hotel of any kind in my life! Basic but has everything you need. The owners were really welcoming and helpful. Helped with the bags and hung up my still damp jacket that I had to wear to the wedding I was going to!!!! Breakfast was lovely and again nothing too much trouble. Really lovely feeling to the place, bedrooms were nicely furnished and beds really comfortable. Really nice place and good value.

Sufficiently "out of town" to avoid Ross - see right! Excellent soundproofing of rooms, very comfortable, easy parking. Exceptionally cheerful and friendly helpful staff at breakfast facility - and with English as a first language, which made a change! -
