  the room was much nicer than i expected. we were staying the night whilst visiting alton towers which i wouldnt recommend as it was a long drive there haha. the hotel itself was lovely though. the room was really big and most importantly, clean! i would definately go back - The Stone House Hotel was ideally situated and easy to find, the staff were... what people say » friendly, nicely furnished room, breakfast and evening meals were excellent, no complaints at all. Thursday evening stay very quiet.

  Me and my biufirend stayed one night before going to Alton towers, it's a beautiful location in the country side, people where very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable with a separate kitchen area so you can make tea and coffee or even meals. Very romantic! - Very good accommodation. A lovely room with excellent en suite. We particularly liked the small kitchen available for our use, although we only used it for making cups of tea. It was well equipped and its contents were well thought out. Phil was a very pleasant and likeable host. Loved the animals.

  It was on the motorway I want to ask we had vouchers for breakfast the following morning we couldn't use them as my husband was taken ill and we had to find the nearest hospital so can I use them later on at a service station anywhere that has got a days inn attached to it hope to hear from you soon Yours sins early mrs p marchant - Handy locatio... what people say » n as in the services off the M6 remember though this is southbound and there is no exit except for getting back on the motorway southbound if you need.to go northbound you need to get to the next junction and go back up the m6 the other way Clean tidy rooms Mcdonalds at the services
