Bathroom was great - plug/combined tap was a bit hard to fathom at first but modern bathroom appliances are a steep learning curve for some and easy for others.   This was the second time staying at this hotel. The owners are friendly and courteous and the facilities are what you would expect of a hotel with a much higher star rating. We stayed in a self catering room on this occasion and found it to have everything we needed for a wonderful stay.   This is a wonderful bed and breakfast in Sidbury just 3 miles from Sidmouth and the seashore in Engand. That came in handy to get away from the revelry of the folk festival we were attending. The bedroom was spacious and very tastefully furnished in a traditional yet understated way which perfectly suited the historic nature of the house.
