  absolutely worthy, the owner of the place is lovely, i really felt at home at oaklands... if you're planning to go to the island, this is the place to stay, best quality for money - nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors - they even ordered good weather for our stay!!! The small fridge in our room was an excellent idea.

Breakfast of a very high standard and cooked to order, again nothing was too much trouble. Rooms of a very good standard especially the largest of the rooms, with great balcony and masses of space. Despite being only the second lot of guests everything went without a hitch and owners were very positive about our suggestions.

  I enjoyed the quirkiness of being on a world war II boat, being at the waters edge, the quietness and peacefulness of the location in Bembridge harbour. The location was in easy access to the varied attractions of the Isle of wight.
