  This was our first stay in a Premier Inn. We had heard good reports and we were not disappointed. The staff were excellent and very welcoming.The rooms were very comfortable and we all had a good nights sleep. It was only a one night stay but Premier Inn Runcorn made a very good impression . - We have stayed at premier inns a lot over the years a... what people say » nd are always impressed, that's why we keep coming back.   the young lady on the front desk(name ? scouser)well suited for hospitaliy,lovely smile and most helpful ,,,we gave her a xmas stocking - The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with all the necessities required.

  Made to feel very welcome by both the staff and the regular customers. The bed was big and comfy and the T.V in my room was exceptional,though be warned that this was the exception. The view of Runcorn bridge was amazing from my window and gave off no traffic noise.. - Both the staff and the locals are very friendly, rooms are spacious, clean and... what people say » nicely decorated.
