  Everything really. The location is superb since I needed to travel into central London - 5 minutes from Ruislip tube station. Plus the price of £ 72.50 including an excellent breakfast. It would probably have cost me another £ 80.00 to have stayed in a central London hotel as convenient. I am now going back onto the letsbookhotel.com site to res - I had been to the Barn before for a friends' wedding, so I knew how nice it was, a little piece of olde worlde charm with cute gardens in the middle of Ruislip. Our room was perfect....lovely decor, small but perfectly formed bathroom and, considering the hotel is right next to the tube station and high street, it was lovely and peaceful......great value for money!!

  the staff was very friendly and helpful. especially the young indian man, the weekend manager who went out of his way to accomodate my special needs. your handicap rooms are better than most - Helpful friendly staff, nice rooms which were very clean, comfortable bed, ample car parking, short walk to shops/train into London, attached to a Bee... what people say » feater restaurant

  The staff were incredibly helpful, totally professional and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was great. We are recommending the hotel to all our colleagues - The Breakfast waiter was extremely polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Also, both receptionists were very professional in their approach.
