  The spa and the location, the rooms and the hotel staff were really helpful - It was clean and comfortable, friendly staff and a lovely pool. It was set in beautiful surroundings and allowed us ample opportunity to visit family in Rochdale and take trips to Manchester!

Staff were friendly and professional even though they had to contend with just been flooded out due to extremely bad weather The Table Table restaurant was excellent the staff were very engaging and the breakfast was far superior to other hotel chains of a similar genera i.e. Holiday inn express and Travelodge - The staff wer... what people say » e excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The staff at the John Milne next door were also amazingly friendly - especially the breakfast staff who made my stay. When the general manager greeted me at breakfast calling me smiler i knew they were good a happy bunch.

  The whole experience, from being shown into the lounge and offered drinks on arrival to being shown out when we left, was sheer delight! The staff are wonderful, rooms spotless and bed very comfy, brilliant shower and fabulous food.
