    The Edwardene is classy, friendly and impeccably maintained. The room we were in "Heather" was compact but only because the ensuite had been given generous space to include a full bath. A good trade off and the remaining space was cosy and equipped to a high standard (e.g. Laura Ashley bedspread). The breakfasts were excellent and friendly. Russ carried my luggage to my car, parked a block away. This was especially appreciated. Marie phoned me to let me know that they would carry my luggage downstairs for me. Great comforter and pillow, extra pillow on bed. Location close to restaurants and shops.

    We found the hotel to be lovely and comfortable and very tastefully decorated and had a very warm welcome on arrival. The breakfast was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome!     The staff were very helpful at all times and very nice pleasant people to be in the company of over Christmas. The room was lovely and very clean, and beautifully decorated.     From entering the log house to leaving all the staff were very helpful and friendly.The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful.The restaurant was a delight to sit in and the bedroom had great charm with one of the biggest and most comfortable beds ever. - The Log House was superb.     Excellent location. The apartment was very well equiped and the ownermade us feel very welcome.
