This is a new purpose built B & B in the countryside a few miles outside Omagh. Using a sat-nav it is easy enough to find. There is plenty of on-site parking for visitors.
On arrival you get a warm welcome and shown the facilities on offer. My room was upstairs and was very spacious and beautifully decorated with colour coordinated bedding, furniture and floor covering. Plenty of tea and coffee making items were in the room.

The beautiful setting and close proximity to do ancestry research in Omagh and Fintona. Immaculately clean. Joyce and Bill were very charming and the facilities and breakfasts were wonderful. Got us off the a good start. We recommend it highly and without reservation.
We have stayed with the owners before and they are loads of fun, very accommodating and informative. The accommodations were just as we expected - top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay again. Betsy, Bill & the Billie Hat!!!.
The room was clean, fresh, and large and the bed was large and very comfortable. Joyce (the owner) was extremely accommodating and helpful. I cannot sing her praises enough. Breakfast was lovely.
