We were made to feel special from the minute we arrived. Enjoyed the whole experience immensely and intend to go back. Room, facilities, terrace gardens, restaurant all excellent plus pleasant staff. The meal in Ushers whilst expensive, was fantastic, it was certainly a dining experience. Would love to do it again. The Brasserie was average though, the lunch and dinner menus were the same, and the service was a bit too efficient (if that's possible!). However the food was nice. The cleaning staff for the bedrooms were great. Would love to stay again. all reviews »
i like the environment outside of the city it was peaceful and the people friendly that accept to make early check in. i will recommends and definitely will visit again.3* Rosette resturant was the best ever meal - served by very obliging staff. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant menus offered a good selection of meals.smokers gathered at the enrance. I thought the breakfast location was a bit closed in - beautiful location but very small windows - missed opportunity!. It was so hot in our room, in the restaurants and anywhere in the hotel that it was simply not comfortable at all. A fan was provided for the room - which meant sleeping with the fan motor running all night. I would recommend the facility again if you can get the heating under control.
