  The staff were friendly, available and accomodating. The oak panel and stained glass interior was delightful giving the hotel the appearance of a mini stately home. It would not be out of place as a location Agatha Christie would have loved to create a mystery around, you could almost imagine Hercule Poirot or Miss Marple to be seated at an adjace... what people say » nt dining table. The room was large and well equipped with a good sized en-suite, desk, sofa and king sized bed. The views over the Solent towards Wes - After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.

  What did we like? Everything :-) Inglemere B&B was exactly what our family of 4 needed after a long, hot drive from London. Lorraine and Steve were friendly hosts, with great knowledge of the local area to point us in the direction of exciting things to do with our 6 and 2 year old. There was organic tea and coffee, and delicious shortbread biscuits (home made?), and a fridge with soft drinks and chocolate bars av - Loraine and Steve made us so welcome. We were absolutely delighted with our stay at Inglemere; very comfortable, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. Delicious full breakfast at a sensibly late hour on Sunday, with fresh eggs from their free range chickens. Would wholeheartedly recommend and all for an extremely reasonable rate.
