I found the Staff to be very Helpful and Sociable and the room I had wasspotless. Breakfast was excellent. The Hotel is 5 minutes walk fromshops and Cash Machines and within walking distance to the Metro stationat crumpsall, which was £2.10 return to Market Street in the CityCentre. I actually booked the Hotel to watch a show at the M.E.N. andgot a Taxi there from the hotel cost £5-6 superb.

All easy reach from the hotel. The hotel was excellent.We had a free room up-grade and our room was a 2 bed apartment. Would stay again but request a room at the back of the hotel.Info on this website at time of booking not complete, eg. this is a non-smoking hotel and had to go to hotel's own website to get directions using public transport. Unfortunately being near the main road it was a little noisy.The tv was archaic (no digital at all, and no dvd), electrics looking a little dodgy, utensils very limited for a self-catering suite. We actually only booked 2 x double rooms, and ended up with the suite. Very nice, but if we'd known we would not have gone out for an expensive meal!!. Would have liked breakfast to start a little earlier. Disturbed by people loudly entering and leaving rooms and walking about in rooms above late at night; small bath towels;. Noise Levels were unacceptable eg Hoover going at all times of the day and night etc. The shower didn't work. It was just too far away from the centre of town and you needed to get taxi's to go anywhere. There wasn't a proper bar just cans of beer in a fridge and there was nowhere near the hotel that you could of went to at night for a bite to eat or a drink.Only one roll of toilet paper in room - noisy road. furniture was falling apart, internet was in the package, but did not ever work, felt like we were staying in a hospital ward.Rooms needed upgrading so they felt old and dated. Would have been a nice touch to have toiletries in the bathroom and some local information in the room. the hotel could do with refurbishing.

M6 take the M61 to Manchester. Change to M62 and get off at Junction 18. Take M60 to Manchester and then follow the A576. We are situated two miles from the next roundabout.

From South,
M6 change to M62 at junction 21, then follow signs as above.

By public transport:
From the city centre use the Metro Tram and head to Bury. Get off at Crumpsall Station and walk up Bennet Road. At the end of the street turn right and the hotel is on the right.
