Great location. Great building, fab public areas. Terrific bedroom, particularly the large windows (room 308), deeply comfortable bed and great room decor. Great breakfast, Bloody Mary and lunch menu. Funky feel to the hotel, but with real comfort, style and atmosphere. Friendly staff. Size of room, amenities, large windows/light, 24 hour room service, room decor, soft goods, comfortable bed and furniture, in-room safe, quiet atmosphere, excellent, accommodating, and friendly staff, good food in all outlets. Obviously there is a LOT to like!.

The bathroom design is a bit outdated and does not match the room. To keep room cool the fan was on all the time. Breakfast is expensive compared to fantastic options elsewhere just over the road. Bar prices are at the top end. Is quite exy, but because of central London location and size of room - is worth the investment!. No spa. can't think of anything. Nothing to dislike.Although the seal of the shower door allowed water to leak out the shower. (Room 411). Nothing to dislike though obviously cheaper rooms would always be a bonus. Food and room service. the bar was too busy had to wait nearly an hour for a table. nothing. Pity about the staff. Lack of communication! We arrived at 12.30pm and were told our rooms weren't ready but they would ring us when they were. That never happened. Got back at 4.30pm. 1 room ready at 5pm. We were going out at 6.30. The other room was available at 6pm.Not good enough.
