We have spent agreat deal of time in London and this hotel has always been the most outstanding from every standpolnt. They really try hard to go the extra mile and make you feel welcome. Staff and room entire experience. The staff were very friendly and efficient. No critical comment. The hotel is pricey. I liked everything.
