The place was immaculate, and very comfortable. The contact person (whose name I didn't get), was as helpful as he could be when I encountered a problem with the keys. There isn't anyone available on check-in, so if there are issues, you have to try to call someone who is based elsewhere to resolve. Other than this, everything was great. Saw no staff at all and room wasn't cleaned or sheets/towels changed during our 4 day stay. Apartment downstairs set fire alarm off due to burning tea, we had no info on evacuation or where to go or how to stop alarm etc.
