The staff were pleasant and helpful especially Ausra on reception.. We have stayed in a lot of more expensive west - end hotels, and this hotel compares with them.. The free car parking was a bonus in London, and the tube stations were close by...The buffet breakfast was very good, and we would have no hesitation about coming to this hotel again..Highly recommed. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Finchely Road tube station which makes it very convenient to get into the city. Rooms are very good size and everything is very clean. Front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London. Good value for money!.

Breakfast was excellent and it was good that it was included in the price as many London hotels (which charge more) offer room only. The hotel staff were very friendly, well located by Finchley Road 02 Centre and Hampstead, very clean, the breakfast was simple and straighforward and the waitress asked me for tea of coffee within about 30seconds, I didnt have any problems at all. I notice the hotel has had a semi-refurb so new bathroom with power shower. I was late checking in and out and had no problems with that. We needed a room with three seperate beds for our teenagers which the hotel supplied. The hotel allowed us to park in their car park from 11 am on the morning we arrived until late afternoon the next day.It was easily accessible for the tube and from there central London. The rooms were clean, and looked recently refurbished.Location of hotel for us was excellent. Free car parking is a big bonus and the breakfast was very good. This hotel is very good value for money. I did not bring a car, and having seen the parking area would be reluctant to do so; but there are excellent tube and bus swervices nearby.The room was rather hot and it wasn't possible to turn the radiator down or off. Other than that, no probs at all. The windows are probably ready for replacement as they do not close properly as they are metal frames that have had many coats of paint so that they window could be completely closed. This meant that a lot of noise came from traffic outside. However, this would not prevent me booking further stays at this hotel.Furnishings were a little dated and well used. The travel cot was very well used. Room was quite small, but for the price it had everything we wanted - even the pillows were comfortable, which in even 4 and 5n star hotels isnt always the case. Communal parts of the hotel looking a bit tired. breakfast room very hot in morning , no windows, triple room i stayed in quite small. The directions to the hotel from the motorway were ok, until we reached Hampstead where the final step of finding the hotel was a little sketchy. We finished up asking a local where it was. no hot water and heating first night. No air con. No hand towels provided. there is no refregirator. The shower glass, the floor got washed as well as myself. It is much too narrow. The pillows are a little hard, its just me I know, I just like soft pillows. I did try to put the radiator one night but it would not go on. I just wanted it for a little while as I was very cold coming back one night. Apart from that excellent.I found the distance from the Tube rather further than I had envisaged. size of the room, carpark was too small. no double glazing you could hear all the noise of London. The bar staff who worked at night where very poor,. Our room was at the front of the hotel and as windows single glazed it was a bit noisy but manageable. The hallways and stairways and lift have seen better days but they are obviously in the process of updating and were decorating whilst we were there so this will no doubt change. Room very hot at night, too much external noise to leave window open, fan would have helped.Can be a little noisy especially on the front as the windows aren't doubled glazed. Get a room high at back to avoid this.
