The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast (ask for egg and toast) is great. It is in a nice position, close to the underground! It is a good choice. Nice clean room, good twin with double and single bed. Ensuite shower Free view TV Free wifi. It was very cheap and good for the money we paid. Would certainly consider it again. It was inexpensive for our family of four in London. The worker could have provided better service(when we arrived at 10, the receptionist was not working there. Although we arrived 2 hours earlier, we found it quite peculiar that the worker was not there.) However, the worker was generous enough to take care of our baggage and fix a clogged toilet as we asked him too.
all reviews » We were given a room at basement. The shower room inside the room is not acceptable at all. Toilet is clean. Breakfast is either scramble or fried eggs with toast/bread, cereals, yogurt, juice and coffee/tea. The receptionist, Razak and his staff is very friendly and helpful. -Friendly, helpful staff -Cheap for the location -About a 7-8 minute walk from two tube stations. -Good if all you plan on doing is sleeping in the room. Convenient location. Not far from the tube station, and 24 hours buses toward city center. Price, location and simple breakfast. Staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hammersmith Apollo and an 8 minute walk to the Westfield's shopping centre in Sheperd's Bush. Close to both Sheperds Bush station and Hammsrsmith station. Fast and easy to reach city. The bed is pretty comfortable and the staff is nice. its all ok. nothing. Location was good for 02 academy. Free wifi. location. Parking expensive at £2.80ph. Nothing!. The bathroom was a tiny stall. Hardly great for a family of four. The toilet was a shared toilet. The walls were also thin, which made it very easy to hear the conversation next room. Overall a cheap plac. -Shared toilets down the hall -Portable shower in the room with shower head at neck height -Beds were uncomfortable and I woke up sore (and I'm in the military and used to sleeping on hard beds/cots). Shower in the room is a disaster. It's really unsafe if you have kids and elders. And it makes the carpet surrounded so wet no matter how many towels we put on it. Slightly dusty. The room was a box, with a double bed somehow squeezed in. Sheets were dirty. No air flow into the room, leaving it very stuffy. Bed was hard. Walls has paint chipped off, some massive chunks. Walls are paper thin, you could hear all the doors slamming throughout the hotel. I paid £55 for the room, it was worth £20 at the most. Definitely not suited for people staying more than one night!. An ok hotel to sleep in, but nothing more. Budget choice. The shower box in the room was just such a turned-off. But the one outside in the toilet was even worst. this hotel gave faulty tower a run for its money no shower only a bath no ensuite no clean towels wold not recommend this hotel to anyone. BED BUGS!!! Never stayed anywhere else in the world and discovered bugs. Value for money if you don't mind the resident pets. Only offered 25% reduction and had to chase that up. Terrible hotel and accomodation, no showers, bad service and facilities. There are better hotel options in the same location and money. Very Dirty Run Down Didn't feel safe. We had an about 10 sqm large room with a shower inside it. The room was dirty, they did not change the towels at all during our stay. This is the most disguisting hotel I have ever been. Good advice: Do not choose this hotel. it was very dirty no showers, even outside , and the hotel had fleas.
