We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. The staff were so nice and very helpfull. they gave an excellent service. The hotel is so near the tube station, it was excellent. The food was also excellent in this hotel. we felt very safe staying here. We will def be back.

All facilities were available.The simplicity of the process of checking in. Comfortable rooms. Cleanliness of room and location suited. The bathroom was lovely and clean. More coffee in the bedroom!!!. found it hard to work the heating in the room, nothing major!. Both tea and coffee provision was fairly sparse. Very little extras such as tissues, shampoos etc.A bit noisy outside. we were woken both nights by loud fan like noises. The are a couple of little things that could improve the whole experience, such as tissues in the bathrooms - also decent toilet paper! An iron and ironing board would also be a big plus (The Novotel provide all these things). Slight problem with the parking gate which was operated manually. noisy room with non existent view, next time I would sort out room ahead of arrival. Queue at checkout - could have done with extra staff.WiFi should be free. 1) I can't bill the restaurant / bar charges to the room. 2) I found the whole hotel cold, and the duvet in the room is not very warm - needs to be thicker in the winter months. The room was dusty in places (round the phone jack area - yeuch). reception staff spoke poor English and were too slow at check in. My car park ticket was not validated correctly delaying my departure by 30 minutes causing me to be late for an important appointment.
