We were given choice of room/floor on arrival to suit our preferences.All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, informative andattentive. The room was perfect for our overnight needs. We had notprebooked meals in the restaurant but this was not a problem at all. Thefood and service, both for the evening meal and breakfast the followingmorning, were of the highest order!. we liked the fact children stayed for free, the beds we very very comfy, the staff were very pleasent. the room was very clean. would always stay at these hotels now.

Breakfast was good. We were on the top floor, and it's stairs from Level 11 to Level 12, which was fine except the rubber stopper pieces were coming off several steps, which wasn't too good.No nothing, would definitely book again in future. Menu and the car park. They have problems with breakfast on Sundays (you have to wait, because the kitchen is busy). We had to wait a long time for breakfast, but the buffet was very good. breakfast. Rooms a little small. Room we had would be small for a long stay.ie not much room forcases etc. There was no information in our room about what time breakfast was. We have stayed at other Premier Inns before so we assumed that breakfast finished at 11am. We were bitterly disappointed to find that we had missed breakfast when we came down at 10.30. We look forward to your excellent breakfasts.The staff did their best to arrange breakfast for us but it was not the same.Shower in the bathroom - the hight could not be adjusted - it was just a basic pipe sticking out of the wall. In spite on "Do not enter room" sign someone did come in and rearrangedour clothes and shopping etc, did not like that!. The reception staff tooking your personal email details, didn't give them back. When I asked for my confirmation details back, they said they were put in the bin. Whilst I found this shocking I also noticed other guests confirmation details were placed into a dustbin rather than shredded. I am now concerned that my details could possibly end up in the wrong hands and used fraudulently. the outside of the hotel does not look good, dont let that put you off because the inside was very nices..........They tried to charge me £35 more than I had booked for. This time was put in a very small room on 10th floor.One lift was out of order!. Reconstructon process, smell of paint. no room service available. no food available after 10pm. vending machine not working properly. room size. Though they installed air-conditioned, it was not cool enough during my stay in London (28C!) and so I requested a fan!. English breakfast too expensive. I thought the hotel room was way too warm even when the airco was on it coolest mark. I thought the hotel room was exceptionally small, no movie channel, no bath, shower (11th floor) had pressure problems and didn't work for 15 mins, shower taps were loose from the wall, window net curtain was in a pile on the window sill.
