I chose to stay in an apartment instead of using a hotel because of being able to cook for myself. The apartment was compact and well equipped. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a compact kitchenette/cupboard system with sink, fridge, toaster, microwave and a portable ceramic hob ring so I was able to make a simple breakfast. I would however find it a bit more challenging to cook anything too grand. Overall I was very happy with to apartment and would spouse them ag. all reviews »
Firstly, the accomodation was right off two main tube stops which was
extremely handy in terms of getting there. Upon arrival, the staff were
extra friendly and helpful as we arrived a couple of hours before check
in (they held our luggage). The apartment was spacious, ultra clean and
fit for purpose. When checking out the staff kindly agreed tp extend our
checkout time (10am) by 2 hours which was a godsend.
Very clean, tidy and warm in the room. Kitchenette ample for a short
stay. Obtained the room at a heavily discounted last minute rate - room
a bit small if I'd paid full price. Good supply of tea, coffee,
drinking chocolate included along with soap, shower gel in the bathroom.
Washing up liquid and cleaning utensils provided too. For an extended
stay you'd definitely want something bigger.
The room was very clean. The hotel has two kitchens, one inside the room and another, outside the room, which has ovens.
The location it's amazing and has a lot of amenities like restaurants, groceries shops, pubs and it is next to bus stops and tube.
There is also free wifi.
I definitely would stay there again if I find another good deal :-).
Comfiest bed EVER + really soft pillows.

Also located closely to Oxford Street/Circus and around a mile to Euston and Kings Cross.
We had a studio room with the kitchenette , was brilliant as we have a
young child and could have her milk in the fridge and use the microwave
without having to use the shared kitchen. Conveniently located and price
was good considering its location and its London !.
i booked the premium studio for a month and i just simply LOVED it .. the place is so clean and quite.. the lounge is just amazin and feels so homeyy .. Def gonna book this place everytime i go to London wether it was on my own or with Family ...
Stylish and well presented, our apartment had everything we could possibly need and more. It was in a central location with easy access to city centre while also being good value for money. The power shower was particularly appreciated!.
Location of Hotel is supreme. It's close to everything: Regent's park, Oxford circus, tube station. The area is really nice - classic London style. Room is quite big and comfortable. Bathroom is really clean. WiFi works perfectly.
Good value for central London. I was pleasantly surprised as to how clean and modern the apartments were. I thought the communal kitchen plus in-room facilities was a good use of space, while maintaining privacy and practicality.
Was very unhappy with the impression an description of the accomadation given on your web site. I have made this known to the management of the go native complex who agreed pictures on your web site very misleading.
Work facilities like big desk, lamp, free strong wi-fi, near to Sainsburys, comfortable bed, free toiletries, lovely bathroom, brilliant shower. Receptioist was polite, jokey and pleaseure to deal with.
Location, close to the regent's park station, pretty and pleasant
neighborhood, the room - it was recently decorated. Everything seemed
very clean and nice. Definitely worth the money!.

The en suite kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, all equipment, etc The reidential area of London, near to shops, restaurants, etc. we'd stay again, but not on the ground floor.

There was an irritating noise from the ventilation which did not stop when the lights went out. The sort of noise you get from a bathroom ventilator. As a very light sleeper this did disturb me. That is my only negative.
Bathroom very cold - no heating in it. Relies on heat from the room. No

If being picky, the right hand door of the kitchenette can't be folded completely out of the way.
Having to leave the room at 10 am, it is too early.

Lift was small and people without luggage are lazy and use it alot so we
ended up carrying our pushchair up and down..That of course is not the
hotels fault though.
The only thing that really annoyed me was the sound of the strong wind specially at night im not sure if it was because i was on the 5th floor or something wrong with the windows .. so yea its hard to sleep on a very windy night!!.

At the moment of booking I mentioned that would like to get the room at upper floors. At the check in I was offered the room at base. We asked to change a room and it took about an hour to exchange it. But we were upgraded at no extra charge which is nice and the room was perfect.

The air-con fan ran all night and was a little annoying. Couldn't find out how to turn it off. Minor point among all the good points however.
1. It was a bit too chilly in the room. Even though I tried to turn the
heating up, which didn't work out for some reason, I was still
feeling cold.
2. the bed is too small for 2 people.
The bar around the corner nearby was really noisy on Sat. nights...
Asked for high floor, but on ground opposite pub so had to keep curtains closed as there are no blinds. It was 31degrees in the day so with no fan or aircon, unbearably hot at night and couldn't have windows open as we were 3 feet from the passers by on the pavement!.

10a.m. checkout. A little early but receception were very accommodating and we checked out at 11.

hairdryer in room 33 can't be used on high speed and heat - then it just stops working for a while and you have to wait for it to cool down
check in times are not ideal for international flights arriving at 6am and checkout is too early when flight only leave 8pm - so to be comfortable you have to book 2 extra nights in the hotel essentially.
For some strange reason the rooms are really hot, despite the weather not being hot, which can make for an uncomfortable nights sleep.
Check out is 10am.
We didn't like the pillows and there was only space for 2 to eat at a table in a 4 person apartment.
Could hear people walking through corridor past the room and slight

Studio room was very small with a bed settee which was short (but comfortable) but for the price it felt good value.
A cot was provided for free but it was faulty and they could not provide another one.
Room could have come with a fan but this was not essential .
The builders next door starting work at 7.45am on a Saturday morning. Probably a one off.

The area is VERY noisy! The street noise from traffic and rumblings from the underground underneath started very early in the morning. The curtains were very thin and let all the early morning light in. So I woke very very early in the morning very tired. For this reason I could never stay here again.

No hooks or racks on the walls to hang towels.
It's really noisy in the night, because my room is near the street.
