The staff was nice and availlable! The breakfast and the lockers were totally free! The best price and the best hostel experience ever!. The breakfast is excellent ! It is near the center..the staff is very good!. Clean, Comfortable, Quiet All are very good, and quite cheap. - location very close to tube - free internet. Great location & a good base for London adventuring! Nice to be able to leave bags before/after check-in/-out & late check-in was also handy.
