The staff were very attentive, extremely helpful & polite. The offers of Afternoon tea, champagne and hot chocolate were much appreciated and a superb adjunct to our stay and enhanced our time at the Draycott immensely. We will be back. Overall the hotel was excellent and I had a very good experience. The staff were superb and couldn't have been more helpful. I liked the little touches of the complimentary glass of champagne, and afternoon tea.
