Guests must provide a valid ID such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of check-in. On check-out please drop keys in the mailbox. You will find a WiFi password in a welcome letter at the time of arrival, or you can find the MiFi Dongle in the apartment. A travel cot/high chair can be provided at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week. Parties/loud music are not allowed in the apartments. There is a late checkout charge of GBP 10 per hour, depending on the availability. Guests have to fill in a credit card authorisation form prior to arrival. Guests will also have to send a copy of the front and back of the payment card, along with any government issued photo ID. Please advise the property of your estimated time of arrival in London, and key collection, at least 48 hours prior to check-in. You must call the front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should you be arriving at the apartment after 20:00 or before 09:00, you must let the property know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 20:00 or before 09:00. Arrival between 20:00 and 23:00 costs GBP 50 and arrival after 23:00 costs GBP 100. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cleveland Residences in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
