It was a very nice hotel, the room was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good and convenient location, one stop on the tube and you're at Liverpool street, which was perfect as I caught a train from there to the airport. Reception staff extremely helpful with directions around london, providing tube mp and advice, and allowing us to leave our lugage to be picked up later on our day of departure.

Yes, it is preferable to change the bed sheets every day notevery two days. breakfast good but expensivethe walls are thin so you can here ur nieghbours tv. the view wasnt very nice (a skip and grafiti!) but it was fine as we only stayed their one night (valentines day) and the curtains were shut!!. Whilst they are renovating the hotel, their standard rates appear a bit steep to me - at those prices, at least they should consider including breakfast in the price. Our floor was under some renovation, Other then that everything else was fine. The price was a bit much for breakfast, a drop in price would have been attractive.The room was a little tired looking and could do with a little make over, but didn't effect our stay. the noise from premises opposite and the lack of air conditioning. Thin walls/windows. Too much noise from the room next door and outside. I was asked to pay as I arrived (which is fine), then the next morning 3 members of staff separately asked me to pay, which started to get annoying!!!. hotel bar closed to residents on 3 occasions due to private partys. Servuice at Breakfastr was too slow - Waiting 15-20 minumtes for acooked breakfast and when it arrived some of the items were not hot enough. no AC, smell from kitchen(s). The bed was very uncomfortable and the room too hot. Had to use the fan as it was too noisy to open the window. Furnishings a bit tired, but at the price no complaints. Couldn't find drinking glasses in my room. having to pay on the sat night to use the hotel bar.
