the location was excellent. 10 mins from the hub of the city as just round the corner to central line tube station. Across road and straight into Hyde Park. The Bayswater high street 2 mins away,was an added bonus with a good variety of eating places and a few nice pubs. Would definately stay here again and recommend it to others. I have stayed in Hyde Park Economy Apartment for the second time. Had a problems with my credit card details but the manager let my reservation valid. Great location and good value for money. Would definitely recommend for short stay.

Very secure, with a code that has to be entered to get into the apartment block. This hotel let us feel at home. It is a great hotel for people who would like to experience London as local residents. It's located in an accessible place and we could get easily from place to place. The feel of a home from home in the duplex apartments. I pay more for the space than the actual number of beds available but often make use of the extra towels. Great location, great value. Spacious, well appointed studio apartment, spotlessly clean in an excellent location, convenient for shops, restaurants and tube stations. We will definitely stay there again. when we entered the appartment it was lovely and bright and with it being cold outside the room was lovely and warm. Great Location, fair price for where it is & bath facilities were good aswell as digital tv. The apartment was in need of a bit of a refurb but still good value and clean. Asked for second blanket at reservation and also the staff but did not get it. One of the chambermaid came last day and apologizes that they have been very busy if I still need another blanket. Some kitchenware were missing: frying pan and sharp knife in convenient size. Also, we couldn't throw the garbage away beacouse there were no other garbage bags. The shower and toilet ioften smells a little musty so I find I must light Chinese burning sticks to give it a more appealing aroma. Otherwise I think it is very good value in an excellent location. The lack of a bedside lamp was inconvenient as the main light switches were on the far side of the room. The stairs to the appartment went on for ever there needs to be a lift. The unit we were in was very run down, this was our return trip & i expected it to be much better as per the earlier trip. Bed was broke but i soon fixed it. Slamming from the front door but nothing can be done about that so No other faults about the place at all i will be coming back. We could hear everything from the corridor or even from other flats (doors, shouts...). However, this is often the case in hotels... No lift. no elevator. there's no reception at the building, the reception is in another building and there's no sign at all. I was up and down the street only to find your reception office at 57 with different hotel name... The apartment was basic and in a state of disrepair, e.g. cracked windows, worn sofa. The shower drained very slowly, and the temperature could not be changed. The toilet did not flush well. The general state of cleanliness was poor, too, particularly in the bathroom which had some mould/damp problems. The place was minty. The bed was ridiculously uncomfortable. Pillows were one each and about 10 years old. I felt like we were sleeping on a mates sofa bed. We moved rooms when I complained, the final straw being the hot water going off. But that room was only marginally better with mold above the shower and a similarly uncomfortable bed and pillows. The upshot was very little sleep. Ceiling was quite creaky whenever anyone moved around upstairs (though it is an old building), staff at check-in weren't that pleasant/welcoming. Toilet is small, the cloth dryer Machine is not working properly. Staff not very competent in general. Fire alarm went on early one morning,we got no info or anything. No one was even there to check. A little far out from most attractions. Very noisey and air conditioning would have been a plus Some information in the rooms on the facilities and area. It was extremely cold in the room (I've stayed in the end of November). Would not suggest to book it during autumn-winter period. Did not look so nice as in the pictures. The staff was very rude, the rooms are quite noise and the service just clen one at week. Need to improve on facility. Rooms were old. No services provided. No lift so had to carry luggage to 3rd floor. Very poor sound proofing. Wi-Fi was VERY bad. kept disconnecting. as a city traveller it is very important to have a good wi-fi, but unfortunately it wasn't at all. The reception was too far from the apartments. The hotel dose not have left so I was on the fourth floor, it was so difficult to go up and down, room is small as a studio apartment. customer service is at another building early check out time at 11!. Had nothing to do with what i saw in the pictures while booking. No cleaning in our one week staying. No elevetor. 1.apt too small. Very dated and everything very old. Kitchen very basic and well past it's use by date. Very little room in the bathroom. Very poor shower drainage. Old and dirty looking. We infant only used it once in the end. Nowhere to hang towels. Could hardly move in the bathroom. Larger people would struggle to use these apartments. Very low sleeping loft roof. The sofabed was very uncomfortable for my eldest. We thought very expensive for such poor quality. We would not stay there again or recommend it. no alivator. small room. small toalets. Tired rooms, rubbish on landings, v poor equipment in kitchen (minimal china, cutlery and no coffee making capability). beeds to small for four adults, cleaning outside, general maintenence level. Maybe its just the wrong that I stayed in, but the ventilation was horrible. It was really really really hot in our room and no wind was coming in. In my friends room however, it was really cold, maybe we just got unlucky. It is an open space without bedroom and no privacy. Maybe it's ok for budget travelers. As far as I am concerned, this will be my last time there. It's certainly not meant for 5 if you want some privacy and confort. Is open at 10, if u come around 8 so u become freezing, n heater in the hotel was so BAD. However you could write an endless snagging list, things like mould & worn down silicone around bathroom, floor was cracking and coming away, little things like a double bed were missing instead 2 single beds were combined which isn't what you'd expect.
