excellent european standard and service! Lovely, helpfull and friendly staff. They all made my stay unforgetable. Definately will be staying there again. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, both at arrival and departure, and on occasions when help was requested.location and price. the proximity to all modes of transport. It was bright, cheerful and for London I felt very safe.

The proximity to the earls court tube station....it was well place and not to far from kensington palace and hyde park. There are also plenty of in expensive resturants near by and a 24 hr sainsburys 1 mins walk away so if you need anything you havent got to trail miles for it. Very friendly staff, very good price (only paid 50 £ per night for a double room). Nice warm simple hotel!. Staff helpfull and courtious. Clean and tidy.goofd location. There's a place looking like a a filty boarding house. On the second day , the hotel seemed to be experiencing problems in providing hot water for washing or showering. This experience seemed to be shared by guests in other rooms too. no bar service. yes i asked for bath didnt get one and problem being locked out of room by the key card. the price of the breakfast and the fact there was no bar.It was way too hot in the room and no possibility to open a window. The English Breakfast was poor at £7.50 taste and stingy portions!. Could not turn down the heating. TV had very poor reception and remote did not match. Single room was crampted. Should inform clients that some rooms are in the basement. Very expensive internet. no alcohol at bar lounge. The room was incredibly hot. So hot it was uncomfortable to sleep. No air conditioning or way to turn temperature down, and window only opened slightly so for this reason only I would not stay there again. Apart from the extreme temperature hotel was good. Although having said that when I booked in the price I was charged was vastly different from that I was told I would be charged. Shower not large. My partner and I are quite tall and there was very little room in Shower. Also cooked breakfast small for price. The receptionist was unpolite. Rooms were looking a little tired and could do with a little jazzing up.Spotlights! Too warm everywhere; corridor and room. No good ad bed lamps (you disturb the other person). Water pressure in the bathroom so low that it was impossible to rinse out the shampoo/contidioner. We were not told about a broken lamp when we arrived, and it was not fixed the whole week of our stay. No compensation given. layout of room, expensive internet in lobby.We booked double rooms and got twins, there was no hot water for showers, the hairdryer cut out after 15-30 seconds of use and we weren't given a choice at breakfast, it just came (and it was quite small). The rooms were very warm, the windows had been screwed shut and the adjuster had been removed from the radiator. There was no heating in the room -4 degrees over night! No apoligy / action to compensate.room too small. The radiator wasn't on in our room so we were freezing. When I mentioned this at reception the lady was very miserable and didn't seem to care.windows dont open far enough and problem with opening room door also the lift was too slow . no ventalation in room. The room was quite a mess. The flush did not work and the TV was quite old and there were some buttons missing. The room was on the basement and there were bars on the window to avoid strangers getting in the room. It was kind of unsafe... The value for money was okay but i had the impression that the worst rooms are assigned to this kind of Internet offers such as Booking's.Old building with poor noise insulation. I was given a 3 bedroom insteadof single!. There is no bar. There is no food served here after breakfast. Our twin room was tiny even with the 2 single beds on top of each other. The shower was a joke.The staff was grumpy and impolite. We had to pay beforehand for the room and for breakfast. No wifi. Only expensive internet use. Silly electric heaters. the breakfast was a ripoff. Its claim that the cost of the room was considerably discounted.. Veryhard to believe. I know it's only a three star but vastly over priced and in need of a lot of attention.In general everything, please refer to the above, service was terrible, had issues daily with the front guest, people do not smile in this hotel, would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
