the staff and hotel were lovely, the staff let us check in on arriving at the hotel (although it was before check in time), the rooms were clean, comfortable, i really enjoyed staying at this hotel and enjoyed using the facilities, any problems we did have (minor issue with the heating in the rooms) the staff dealt with promptly and were always at hand it was a pleasure to stay here. Very nice hotel, room was very clean and very modern in design. No bad points at all. Breakfast a bit expensive compared with the coffee shops/ restaurants nearby.

The breakfast wasn't great. Having to pay an extra £20 for overnight parking was a bit ridiculous!. Their key card system was awkward to use and we found the magnetic keys damaged very easily. We had to ask for replacement keys twice in three days.n/a. no parking (liverpool). the tv needed fixing. we didn't have any toilet roll when we arrived. Car Parking too expensive. hotel food and bar prices were a little expensive. At the moment I have been charged twice for the hotel and waiting for them to investigate. I booked with credit card and explained I would not be paying by this method - paid by debit card (agreed rate) and payment from credit card also taken and for £150.00 - over and above agreed rate. meal at the bar. Bed was uncomfotable. the wine was exspensive. I didn't like the bed. How possible have two single bed instead double bed if we are couple?. paying for parking and breakfast. The leisure centre was very disappointing. reasonable price. Very poor tolerance about bringing guests back late at night. Rude andoffensive. We moved our car into the guest car park after our first night, butweren't told it was £20 which was double what we had paid in a local carpark. We were only charged half of this fee in the end, but we shouldhave been told.Price of mini bar, but hey its the same all over. toilet flush wasnt' working right so it kept flushing all the time. Only mildly annoying, but waste of resources was the problem.air-conditioning (although welcome) was not very efficient - room was srtill too hot, and window could not be opened. Room service not available according to the night porter - no reason given.Food in restuarant poor quality and poor service very expensive. Bill came before we were even asked for coffee or desert. Manager had an attitude.
