Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and helpful owners, the bed was very comfortable and our room was lovely and clean. Lovely little village, easy to find. We felt very welcome and now we have found Bonningtons we will definitely be staying again before we fly out of Stansted and the fact that it included parking and transfers to the airport was a bonus for us. Thankyou so much Bonningtons.

What a pleasant surprise. We booked this hotel because it had an offer "Best deal" and needed an overnight stay at Stansted. Even though the hotel is ideally situated close to the airport and the M4 no noise could be heard. I was here to attend a wedding a few miles away and so none of your above categories fit at all so I had to pick a box and chose mountains as this is the most unsuitable.The staff were very helpful and although I arrived before official check in time I( was able to check in straightaway. It was a hot day but the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly.The helpful receptionist phoned for a taxi for me.

it is a beautiful hotel that has fantastic staff and a really nice atmostphere. You felt as if you was at home. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and made it feel very welcoming and the breakfast was outstanding. Whether it was an extra slice of toast, a late night drink or calling us a cab, every request was met with a smile.

The BandB was wonderful. a real charming lodge and area. The hosts were very friendly and could not have done more, would highly recommend a stay here to a charmless hotel - Adequate room, warm, cosy and very clean - plenty of hot water! The building looks very old from outside but when you go inside you can see everything has newly been refurbished. However, you can feel long past history of the building. The manager Raj is very helpful and polite. He carried my luggage all the way to second floor and also available to help you even after midnight. Room was clean and big enough.

Melvin and sindy have created an amazing bed and breakfast . Each room is luxuriously designed with so much emphasis on detail . The warm and friendly atmosphere only enhances what is already a lovely stay . The museum is gorgeous. Decorated and displayed in a very ' classy' way.

It's quirky and charming. The room was lovely and crucially, not
horribly over-heated. As the owners don't live on site there is food
for breakfast left in a little fridge - so no need to watch the clock.
For a cooked breakfast or brunch you can visit the Tea Rooms downstairs
(I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon - really good).The people I met
were friendly and helpful.

rather than an annexe and this was very comfortable. The cooked
breakfast was really good and exceptional value at only £2.50 each. The
local pub was very friendly and served good food at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this B&B for anyone who needs to stay in this area.

The £2.50 full english breakfast upgrade has to be the best deal in town and the quality is first class.
Even taking the cheap price out of the equation, this is the place to stay in the local area.
