  The location was excellent, being a short distance from Birmingham Airport. The hotel was excellent value for money and as this was my first stay at a Premier Inn I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room itself and the hotel overall.   A wonderful little hotel which I would definitely recommend. The hospitality staff were fantastic. I travelled with my mother and sister for a break away, as my mother was having her 60th birthday but has been very unwell for the past year. After I booked, I spoke to the hospitality manager on the phone who recommended a change of room (to a groun... what people say » d floor courtyard apartment) and restaurant from those requested, as my mother has mobility issues, and sorted that out without charging any extra. Wh - I absolutely loved everything about the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even to the point of meeting me at my car in the rain with a umbrella to escort me into the hotel. The room was beautiful and quaint, the breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and again the service was very good. I would definitely recommend the hotel with its quaint additional touches. It's like stepping back in time. Luxury at an inexpensive price.

As an English couple who now live in Berlin it is great to return for a few days to stay in a real English country pub is for us perfect. The food is excellent. Great pub with a good choice of wines. We like the bedroom. Cosy with a kettle! So all in all a great place to stay and the staff are very welcoming and friendly!

  Richard and Linda were extremely welcoming, helpful hosts. My room was spotlessly clean, warm and the bed was seriously comfortable. The location, at the end of a lane means that Woodshoot is totally quiet. Breakfast is served in the dining room of their home and is just heavenly. They bake their own bread and source the eggs, bacon and sausages ... what people say » locally. It is simply delicious - really high quality, beautifully cooked and was the perfect way to start my day overlooking their frost covered gar - This B & B is Excellent Value for money. The Owners are very welcoming and Friendly. Excellent Breakfast. I've marked the Facilities and Location slightly down as the room, whilst adequate has no room for storage and the location is isolated, you do need a car to get to places unless of course you are on a walking holiday, in which case it is ideal.
