  I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. I liked that the windows opened and I faced a court yard. - The location was brilliant. It was close to a tube station on the piccadilly line which was great as we were travelling from Heathrow... what people say » . And it was exactly as it looked on the website.   from the moment we checked in the reception and the service was excellent, although one of the rooms were not ready, we were welcomed and given coffee and stacks with compliments - we liked that the hotel was close to the tube station - made it very easy for traveling in and around london. also the spa was very relaxing

  I liked the location and also the breakfast was excellent.The staff were very pleasant and helpful and would stay there again - I was welcomed at reception, I stayed in a very comfortable, clean room and the restaurant food and service was absolutely fantastic.

  This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in London. It has all facilities a busy traveller needs including excellent free internet in the rooms and wireless in the lobby, very responsive staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms. For me optional daily cleaning is a big advantage too - no overzealous cleaners desperate to clean the room regardless ... what people say » of the don't disturb sign! - The staff were friendly, professional, and responded promptly to a couple of problems with my understanding of the air con and tv channels with good humour. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant.
