  We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that it was a suite set up, as this made it easy for our young son to go to bed before us. It has a lovely relaxing and welcoming feeling to the hotel. The staff are very well trained and always pleasent and helpful.   Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

  The location was good, the price excellent, the staff very good - friendly and helpful. I asked for an extra blanket and got brought an extra duvet without any fuss. They were just very nice and each one I met gets 10 out of 10. I was in a single room and, while not being vast, it had plenty enough space. I could move around comfortably and there ... what people say » was a cupboard in which to hang/store clothes and my luggage. The T.V. worked and there were tea and coffee facilities. No bed is ever as comfortable - The hotel was great it reminds me of a bed and breakfast, not like a major hotel, the front desk staff knew and greeted us every time we came in, you could tell it used to be a house but that adds to its charm, right around the corner is the underground along with a market and restaurants, best location I would highly recommend The bathroom is small but that seems to be common in Europe it had everything you need though and the cleaning staff even folded our clothes that were on the bed when th
