  The room although compact was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there locked away all day even though we had to check out. The breakfast was nice and I would definatley stay here again - Mr javed & ms laura are very cooperative.all staff are very good.keep it up.thanks

  Robert was very hospitable, friendly, and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was very tasty, even if it was just non-cook fare. It was all very healthy. The room was huge and the sheets were very comfortable to sleep on! The place was very conveniently located near eateries open until late, pharmacies, and a nice supermarket. Close to 3 underground stations and to Oxford Street. It has a familiar atmosphere and the people running the hotel are very nice, helpful and friendly.   I do enjoy this lovely hotel. Very very nice staff, always being helpful. wonderful location, convenient to everywhere, 5 minutes to underground. The room is not very big, but clean and comfortable. With wireless Internet access and all other facilities you might want, I even found a mini refrigerator in my room! I would be very likely to stay her... what people say » e gain:) - The staff was lovely and I really enjoyed the room with bath. Usually when I travel alone I get very tiny rooms without a bath, but in the Regency Hotel I got this beautiful room with large bed and great bath. I took a bath three times in two days! I'll go to the Regency again next time I'll be in London for sure!
