Could I suggest that you change your policy on credit cards. The price you quote should be inclusive of use of credit card and then offer a discount to pay cash. A small point that avoids annoyance.

Didn't see staff except for breakfast so no friendly chat or information. Sloping roof in room had windows to sky above. I missed looking out a standard window and felt a little enclosed.
Blairdhu House itself was very nice but Kyleakin is an Isolated area with very limited public transport and only 2 restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend the area only if you have a car.
The room was very small with nowhere to sit. The floors were very noisy
and squeaky and doors noisy when opened and closed. Could hear next door
conversations.

We did not realize how difficult it is to get anywhere on the Isle of Skye without a car. We were there too early in the season for frequent bus service. I would not recommend anyone go to Skye without a car.

Comfortable but functional. Compared to some of the other properties we
stayed at in Scotland for the same price (or cheaper) we felt the room
lacked personality and was quite small, but very clean and comfortable
with a good shower.
Being stuck inn a loft bedroom with no views ! Breakfast below average, coffee or tea not sure which tasted the same.
