  Mrs Li is very kind and very thoughtful.The house is very easy to find,it is very clean and rooms are very pretties and comfortables.althought it is not expensive,we have an english breakfast.I will come back here. - Our host was polite and accommodating.   Excellent attentive staff,all were very friendly excellent evening meal and first class breakfast and fantastic value for money would certenly stay again if ever in the area. - Staff were amazingly friendly. Great food! Comfortable room. Felt very welcome. I highly recommend Kirklands Hotel.

  A beautiful, immaculate house and garden. The room, and its en-suite, was just beautiful. The dining area is stunning - floor to ceiling glass overlooking a multi-coloured range of flowers. The breakfast was to die for with extra items such as waffles with maple syrup. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Had a huge selection of dvds an... what people say » d books to choose from too. A delightful B&B. - Everything from the welcome, the home made biscuits in the room to the evening meal. I don't usually stay in B&B's because they rarely do evening meals but with prior knowledge the Burbank will cook up a delight. I really cannot fault the Burbank
