  I stayed here, with my wife and grown up daughter, in a family room, on Friday the 17th of March 2013. I found the place to be very clean and very quiet, (considering they were far from empty). I was especially impressed with the staff in general but one young receptionist stood out in particular. Her manner and helpfulness during phonecalls, ( i... what people say » n which I asked to book in early), and in person on and after my arrival, were second to none. A real asset to the company! I hope they recognise her - The room was comfortable, clean and bright. The beds and pillows were comfortable and I had a good nights sleep, it was very quiet. The Harvester next door was lovely and convenient. The staff were friendly and approachable and the breakfast 'hit the spot', I have nothing but praise. Well done guys. xxx

  The staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a problem with our letsbookhotel.com booking and the lady on reception (even though it was almost 10 pm) was lovely, so attentive and sorted it all out for us. We have stayed in a few Premier Inns in this area and they have all been good but the staff on this stay were just that l... what people say » ittle bit better than any other visit. - Staff members were polite and jovial. Excellent location with Beefeater and Petrol Station facilities on doorstep. No noise. Extremely clean facilities - would definitely recommend or stay there myself again. Great value.

  We had never stayed in a Premier Inn before and were pleasantly surprised to find the facilities were better than we expected. The bed was very comfortable, the heating was adjustable, & the bathroom spacious with plenty of hot water. Above all, the staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the adjoining restaurant was also better than we e... what people say » xpected eg. fresh fruit salad available at breakfast. - The staff were friendly and the room was immaculate. Also I was impressed with the sign asking people to consider others when coming in as they may be sleeping. I have stayed at the Kettering Travel Lodge in the past, as Premier Inn was fully booked and have had hardly any sleep because of the noise from other guests; so full marks for that.

  Great location for the centre and the railway station.I chose this hotel based on good reviews on LetsBookHotel.com and in particular because it was said to be really convenient for the railway station. I was well satisfied on all counts. My room wasn’t huge, but it was really comfortable and clean and the bathroom was great. Location central and is within a short walking distance to the train station. As a returning guest to The Royal Hotel, I must congratulate the new owners for the vast improvement of the hotel. When visiting in 2006 I felt the hotel was nice however it was becoming run-down and worn.
