  Friendly country hotel with style. Excellent food well sourced and imaginatively presented. Rooms warm, very clean and comfortable. Responsive, thoughtful staff polite and helpful. Huge bed - probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in! Plus we ate at the restaurant and the food was very good. The place had a nice relaxed atmosphere, and all the staff were welcoming and attentive. I will definitely stay here again.

  Our room and ensuite was large and spacious, that you didn't feel asthough they were trying to cram as many people in as possible! The foodwas extreemly good, from the wonderful full English breakfasts to the3-course evening meals. - The room was excellent and everyone was very friendly.
