there's no negative enivorment in the hotel, as they are helpful if any concerns araises and canteen is spot on for our needs. as some people may had bad times there.well my point is if get off a bad start, it should be sorted. so we will using them again in future so staff keep up the standards. We arrived late evening but got transport to the hotel very quickly, the staff were very helpfull and the brekfast was excellent!.

Liked everything about the hotel,but did find a bit expensive just for somewhere to sleep after all we did not eat there as we were away so early in the mornin I had read review's about this hotel that people did not like the staff' that the staff were not helpful enough well I did not find this I found them to be extremely helpful and very nice. easy access to the airport and with the park and stay facility it was no problem getting back from destination whne i called the courier bus. that it was very easy to get to the airport and that there was a shuttle bus to take you there.Reception staff very welcoming, room spotless,room service fast and good. excellent service, very comfortable rooms and quality breakfast. The lack of parking and the isolation from the main highway.the beds we found a bit uncomfortable and would be good to have a blanket in the cupboard not just 2 spare pillows. Would have been nice for breakfast to be included, after all we paid around £100 for one night in the family room.Very expensive to eat at the hotel's restaraunt. The second bed in the room was a foldout sleeper sofa, veryuncomfortable. We had to move the mattress to the floor so my daughtercould sleep. very noisy heating during the night . Had to turn it off . everything was great!. In the first instance, I arrived by hire car and the hotel was difficult to find. The do9uble glazing was not very eefective so there was quite a lot of aircraft noise. useless shower, no pressure, another person had the same problem. walls very thin, not enough blankets,. Shower small and very poor water pressure, internet access required standing and poor privacy. Having stayed previously but not for a few years, I'd forgotten thereason I stopped going is the constant noise!! I was unable to sleep dueto the constant toing and froing of other guests. You can hereeveryone/everything including their conversations.paid internet connections.
