  Friendly staff.Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Will definately go back again. - the room was lovely, great views from the balcony, food in the hotel was lovely too. Manager was very friendly and helpful and so were the other staff. Area was beautiful and we will definately return too holyhead in the summer.

As we were meeting our tour group at the ferry terminal at 12noon, there was no pressure on us to vacate the room early , and Pearl's husban - Our stay at Holyhead Lodge could not have been more warmer and friendly. Mel and Pearl were fantastic hosts and made us really feel home from home. A level of hospitality we've seldom met! The accommodation exactly suited our needs : a double room and a twin room. The accommadtion was clean comfortable. TV and Free WiFi were available. The lodge is sitated in a quiet area of Holyhead. The breakfast was absolutely first class. Next time staying in Holyhead?   We rented the 2 bedroom cottage and thoroughly enjoyed the room to stretch out..very relaxing. The kitchenette was well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable and the amenities exactly as promised. We enjoyed the stunning scenery and the peace and quiet that Blackthorn Farm afforded us. We would love to return! - The staff was extremely hospitable. They provided is with two pack and plays for our children. They only had one high chair, but they were willing to borrow a second one for us, which we wound up not needing. they were also willing to keep the kitchen open for us if we wanted dinner when we arrived. the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. we would definitely choose to stay here again whether for a longer trip or for just an overnight to catch the ferry.

  Stayed just for one night over the weekend, but how excellent and clean room we had on the ground floor😉 len is ever so nice and helpful. We are definitely going there next time for longer stay. We would highly recommend the place!!

  Proprietor was very kind & went out of his way to help me. I know it was out of season anyway, but he collected me from the station, ran me into town to show me where to shop! I had breakfast when I asked for it, & he knocked on my door when I was late. Then he ran me to the station for the train home. He was friendly, chatty & helpful... what people say » . - Dave the owner was awesome, picked us up from the train station as we arrived late, served coffee all morning and was genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and a decent size. Overall a great experience.
