it was clean, comfortable, modern; had extras like cell phone chargers and adapters (things i wouldn't have expected.) it was perfect for a lay-over stay. the food at the restaurant was good. check-in was fast and efficient. the airport bus was convenient. The staff were all outstanding and sooooooo helpful. The room wasglorious, the bed was heaven and we loved it very much.Being able to use the Club Lounge was wonderful. Having a free breakfast also added value to the excellent room price.

Communication with Booking.com appeared poor: the hotel provided me witha room with a double bed when I requested thru Booking.Com a room withtwin beds; I also requested an extra bed and hotel staff were not awareof my request thru Booking.com.Too far from airport with the hoopa bus system, too complicated for 1sttimer to with heavy luggage, would expect more personal shuttle fromhotel, and the price at $8.- for each route (4bp) is way too excessive. I was twice given wrong information by a receptionist about the bus stop for the hopper. When I asked for non feather pillows (asthma) it took several attempts until I could talk to somebody who understood sufficient English. eventually the woman who brought the pillows was very helpful.

By Bus (from London Heathrow Airport): Free public buses can take you from Heathrow Airport central bus station to the Bath Road bus stop (Hatch Lane). This bus stop is a few hundred metres from the hotel. The number U3, 75,76 and 77 run regularly from the bus station to the hotel. The number 350 and 423 buses run from the Terminal 5 Bus Station to the Bath Road bus stop. The Hotel Hoppa coach service runs regularly between the hotel and all of the terminals at London Heathrow Airport. Tickets are available from the self-service ticket machines at the terminals. The Hotel Hoppa coach number H4 runs regularly between the hotel and terminals 1 and 3. H4 leaves every 12 to 15 minutes from 05:30 to 23:00 (approximately).
